The return of the goods is the responsibility of the buyer, the delivery of new goods is at the expense of the shop.

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can be predominantly attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken or have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Ol'ga Raznoshyns'ka, Hessenland, 6, 32602 Vlotho, Germany) of your decision to cancel the contract in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You may, but are not obliged to, use the attached sample withdrawal form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction and in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The time limit is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen day period.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any deterioration in the value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
