A. Cancellation Policy
I. Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be predominantly attributed to neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us (Ol'ga Raznoshyns'ka, Hessenland, 6, 32602 Vlotho, Germany, Tel.: 0176 9094 9004, E-mail: olga.raz@konura.eu) of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You may, but are not obliged to, use the attached sample cancellation form.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your notice of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The time limit is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen days.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any deterioration in the value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not residents of a Member State of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
General Information
1) Please do not damage or contaminate the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
